Let’s take it back to 2020, when four mates from Logan came together over a shared dream. They wanted to change the game for Queensland dining with a gourmet burgers and ribs restaurant. This one would be different from the rest – focused on the best quality ingredients in a space that celebrates good vibes and great times.

People thought they were crazy. In this landscape, who needs another burger joint? But they kept the spark alive. They knew deep down that the Big Buns concept filled a gap in the market. And so, after months of planning and development, the dream became reality with their first restaurant in Browns Plains.

Since opening our doors in October 2020, we’ve taken the time to develop and perfect our concept. Striving always for perfection in every meal. The results speak for themselves with an unbeatable menu that caters to every tastebud and dietary need.

It’s only the beginning

We couldn’t be prouder of how far we’ve come. Big Buns is thriving with a dedicated customer base and an incredible team who make every day worthwhile. But, we’re far from done.

We plan to make Big Buns the biggest and boldest it can be. Next steps include a second location (coming very soon) in Upper Mount Gravatt, plus the ultimate goal of franchising.
